Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including its formation, validity, interpretation, or breach, shall first be attempted to be resolved through friendly, good-faith consultation between the parties. If no settlement is reached within thirty (30) days from the commencement of such consultation, the dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules in force at the time of application.
Class Action Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and Voidrift Games explicitly agree that any dispute resolution or legal proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, collective, or representative action.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and Voidrift Games regarding your use of our Services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, or agreements.
No Waiver: Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of such right or provision in the future.
